Forecasts
Insights → Forecast shows, per item and store, how many units are expected each week with a band from a cautious to an optimistic figure. Each item names the model used and its error on a back-test against your own history; items that are too new to model say so.
Sri Lankan Poya days, public holidays and salary weeks are part of the model, so a quiet Poya week is not mistaken for a trend.
Recommendations
Replenish suggests quantities to order before you run out; Stock health flags slow and dead stock with a markdown suggestion; Alerts points at unusual voids, refunds, discounts or cash shortages per cashier. Every recommendation explains its reason and its value. Accept it to act, or dismiss it — a dismissed item stays quiet for two weeks.
The digest
Insights → Digest is the morning summary: yesterday's sales against the usual, cash position, and today's decisions.
