Trial
The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. If you do not choose a plan, the account pauses; nothing is charged.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; your data is kept for 90 days afterwards in case you return.
Refunds
Monthly plans are not refunded for part-months. Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata for the unused months if you cancel within 30 days of payment. to be confirmed If a payment was taken in error, write to support@webdesigns.lk within 14 days.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment lands; the unused days of your current plan are added to the new period, so nothing is lost.
