Terms of service

1. The service

WEBDESIGNS LANKA ("we") provides Sevo Biz App, a hosted retail management service (point of sale, inventory, purchasing, finance and analytics), to the business that opens an account ("you"). The administrator who signs up confirms they may bind that business.

2. Trial, plans and payment

New accounts start with a free 14-day trial. Continued use requires a paid plan; plans, limits and prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in advance per billing period by card through PayHere or by bank transfer against our invoice. Unpaid accounts are suspended after a 7-day grace period; data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

3. Your data

Your business data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and you can export it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping user credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk, with notice where practical.

5. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. The point of sale keeps working offline during outages and synchronises afterwards. Support is available at support@webdesigns.lk during Monday–Saturday, 8:30–18:00 Sri Lanka time.

6. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim in a year is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail and in the product. You may cancel at the end of any billing period from Settings → Plan & billing.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. to be confirmed
