What retailers ask us before they sign up.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial runs for 14 days with sample data and everything switched on. Choose a plan when you are ready; your data carries over.
How do I pay?
By card through PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, LankaQR) or by bank transfer against an invoice. Yearly plans include two months free.
What counts as a register or a store?
A register is one till (a tablet or PC selling at the counter). A store is a location that holds stock — a shop or a warehouse.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment lands and the unused days of your current plan are added to the new period. Cancel at the end of a period; your data stays for 90 days.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are shown in your base currency, excluding taxes where applicable. Taxes are itemised on the invoice.
