Products, variants, prices and CSV import

Products and variants

A product ("Ceylon Tea") has one or more variants ("200 g", "500 g"), each with its own SKU, barcode and price. Categories and tax rules apply to products; price lists let a shop sell at different prices.

Import from CSV

1. Catalog → Products → Import. Download the template first: the headers must match exactly.
2. Fill one row per variant with its SKU, barcode, category, tax rule and prices.
3. Upload. The import runs in the background; the result shows how many rows were created, updated or rejected and why.
