Numbering and validity
- In the menu, open Sales → Quotation settings.
- Set a Number prefix, for example QT- or Quote-, and the Next number. The screen shows what the next quotation will be called.
- Set how many days a quotation is Valid for. Every new quotation gets that date; you can change it on the quotation.
Wording on the quotation
The Opening line, Closing line, Terms and conditions and Payment instructions are copied into every new quotation, where you can change them. Leave a box empty to use Sevo's wording in the quotation's language, shown in grey.
The cover letter template
The Subject and Letter are the e-mail every quotation starts from. Blanks in curly brackets are filled in when you send: {customer}, {number}, {total}, {validUntil}, {company}, {sender} and {phone}. A blank the letter cannot fill is named when you press Save settings.
Tick the box to print the cover letter as the first page of the PDF by default.
Customer answers
Customers can accept and sign, or decline, from the link. Untick it if you want the link to show the quotation only, and customers answer you by phone or e-mail.
