Users, roles and permissions

Inviting people, what the default roles can do, and the audit log.

Invite a user

  1. Settings → Users → Invite: e-mail, name and roles. They receive a temporary password and choose their own at first sign-in.
  2. Disable a user to take access away without losing their history.

Roles

TenantAdmin can do everything, including billing. StoreManager runs shops: catalogue, stock, purchasing, POS management, finance reading. InventoryClerk handles stock. Cashier sells. Create your own roles under Settings → Roles by picking permissions.

Audit log

Settings → Audit shows who changed what and when, with the values before and after.
