How it works
Your catalogue is the list. On this screen you only decide which items are sold online. The name, price, photo, category and tax all come from the catalogue, so the till and the shop always show the same product.
Each variant has its own row, so you can sell a red shirt online and keep the blue one in the store only.
Put products on sale
- Open Online shop → What I sell online. You can also press Choose what to sell on the Shop settings page.
- Type in Search name or SKU… to find products.
- Tick the box next to each product you want to sell. The box in the header selects everything shown.
- A bar appears at the bottom with the number selected. Press Sell online.
- The In the shop column changes to Yes.
Take products off the shop
- Tick Only what I sell online to see just the products in the shop.
- Tick the products you want to take off.
- Press Remove from shop.
- The In the shop column changes to No. The product stays in your catalogue and at the till.
Product photos
The shop shows the photo from your catalogue. If a variant has its own photo, the shop shows that one. Otherwise it shows the product's photo. A product without a photo shows a coloured tile with its initials.
- Open Catalog → Products and open the product.
- Press Add photo (or Replace to change it).
- Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP picture of up to 12 MB.
- To give one variant its own photo, press Own photo on that variant.
Prices
A product without a price shows "Price on request" in the shop. To sell it online, give it a price in the catalogue first.
