How the menu works
The menu runs down the left side of the screen. Items are grouped. Click a group title to open it; opening another group closes the first one.
You only see the items your role allows. A cashier sees far fewer items than an owner. If you need a screen you cannot see, ask your administrator to change your role.
The top bar shows where you are, for example your company name / Inventory / Stock on hand.
The groups
Dashboard: today's sales, key figures, low stock, recent sales and the latest changes. Administrators also see the setup guide here.
Approvals: documents waiting for a second person to approve, such as a large purchase order or stock adjustment. A number shows how many are waiting.
Insights: Overview, Forecast, Replenish, Stock health, Baskets, Loss prevention and Daily digest. These use your sales history to suggest what to order and warn you about stock and losses.
Catalog: Products, Categories, Price lists and Tax rules.
Inventory: Stock on hand, Movements, Adjustments, Transfers, Stock counts, Stock valuation and Locations (your stores and warehouses).
Purchasing: Purchase orders, Goods receipts and Suppliers.
Finance: Reports, Payables, Payments, Receivables, Bank, Journal, Chart of accounts, Periods, Postings and Posting rules.
Point of sale: Open register, Sales, Customers and Registers.
Online shop: Orders, Shop settings and What I sell online.
People: Employees, Leave, Rosters, Payroll and My space.
Settings: Company, Approvals (the approval limits), Data migration, Users, Roles, Currencies & rates, Audit log, and Plan & billing.
Make more room
- At the bottom of the menu press "Collapse". The menu shrinks to a row of icons. Point at an icon to see its name.
- Press the same button again to bring the full menu back.
On a phone
On a small screen the menu is hidden. Tap the menu button (three lines) at the top left to open it, and tap a page or the close button to hide it again.
The bottom of the menu
Your name and e-mail are shown at the bottom. Next to them are the question-mark icon, which opens the help centre, and the door icon, which signs you out.
