Choose what to print
- Open Catalog → Products and click Print labels.
- Choose the Label stock that is loaded in your printer, for example Thermal roll 50 × 25 mm or A4 sheet, 24 labels (63.5 × 33.9 mm).
- Choose the Barcode type. EAN-13 and Code 128 work with any scanner. QR code and DataMatrix need a 2D scanner.
- Tick what to show on the label: Product name, Price, SKU and Code digits under the barcode.
- Use the Search box to find items by name, SKU or barcode, then tick each one you want.
- Set the number of Copies for each ticked item.
- Check the Preview, then click Print labels.
Items with no barcode
Many local goods and loose items have no manufacturer barcode. When EAN-13 is selected, these show No barcode with a Generate EAN-13 button. Click it and Sevo adds an in-store EAN-13 barcode to that variant. It is unique in your shop and starts with 200, a range set aside for in-store codes, so it will not clash with a real product barcode.
If you print without a barcode, a warning tells you how many items have no code for the chosen type. Those labels print without a barcode.
- The labels page opens and shows how many labels will print and on which stock.
- Click Print. In your browser's print window, choose the label printer.
- Set the paper size to the label stock, scale 100 %, and turn off headers and footers.
- Click Back to products when you are done.
The price on the label comes from your default price list, so set prices before you print.
Labels for new deliveries
You can also print labels for a delivery. Open Purchasing → Goods receipts, open a posted receipt and click Print labels for these items. The items received are already ticked, with one label per unit received.
